We assist our clients from the initial property analysis, through the negotiation of terms, to managing the escrow to a successful and timely closing.

Creating Value Our goal is to identify opportunities that offer our clients a competitive return with minimal risk and management. We specialize in retail net leased investments because we believe it has several unique advantages. It allows portfolio diversification while providing cash flow that can be substantially sheltered from current taxation. And, through the use of a tax deferred 1031 exchange, a property can be sold and our clients can potentially defer up to 100% of the taxes associated with capital appreciation or any previous tax benefits generated during the holding period. This allows our investors to have up to 100% of their equity working for them at all times. This is not the case with other types of investments, such as stocks, CD’s, and mutual funds.
